word from the owners
They're out! The 2008 Seasonal resident contracts
have been mailed out. You should hopefully receive them this
week some time. There are a few changes that we would like to
point out for you:

We
will be allowing day trips from 8 am to 6 pm for spring
cleaning on Friday April 18th. There will be NO STAYING
OVERNIGHT or UTILITIES until Thursday May 1st. |

Seasonal Rate for 2008; $1,200. |

There is still a $50 credit, for payment in full by April 15Th. |
|
There is also still a $50 referral fee, for every new, paid in full, seasonal camper that is referred by said existing seasonal camper. |

There is a new membership offer to be a part of the C.A.L.A., Campers Association of Lost Acres. The membership is $ 25 annually, and is utilized by the Association for, activities, events, and improvements to the campground properties, through unanimous approval by Association officials, Management and Owners. |

Water craft storage is going to include any, and every form of watercraft. Every water craft must be stored in designated storage area, south of the dumpsters, at a rate of $25 for the summer 6 months and $25 for the winter 6 months or $5 a day. |

Quiet hours are from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 Please have consideration for your fellow campers. |

Effective January 1, 2008, there will be NO more structures, permanent or otherwise, permitted to be attached to any camper. We sincerely apologize for this requirement, however we must replace the sewer line. Do to this improvement we must ask that all campers comply. Once again, we greatly apologize to all those effected. |

Development is progressing, and we will hope to have all 40 lake sites, and a total of 250 seasonal sites completed by May depending on weather. If you have an interest in a lake site, contact Rex asap, because they are filling up fast! |

Dear seasonal campers, We had an incredible season with a lot of growth and changes. We all appreciate your support and patience. We are looking forward to a wonderful upcoming season with the new association members, Rex, Mike and D. We want to thank our past association members for all the time and effort they contributed, they will not be forgotten. We will have a new look to the store, and plenty of new campers to welcome to our community this year. Cole will be out for the start of the season to ensure the progress of
development and see all of you, the opening few weeks. Angela and Caleb will be coming later in the summer. We all are very excited, for the start of a new year, and to see you all again. With your continued patronage, we will become the best vacation spot ever!, (which we think we already are!). Help us keep founder, Dave Pavy's vision alive!
